Violin Makers Knife

Violin maker’s knives, beveled for right-hander´s use. The well known Kogatana knives consist from two layers of carbon steel. While the lower cutting layer is hardened to 58 HRC, the upper softer layer secures the stability of the blade and enables easy re-sharpening.
